Slow Cooker Chicken & Potatoes

Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts ( about a pound)1 can Campbell's Chicken & Wild Rice soup1/2 can water5 small red potatoes with skin - quartered1 cup baby carrots
Directions
Put chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Add vegetables and can of soup. Pour 1/2 can water over everything and stir. Slow cook for 6 hours on low, or 1 1/2 hours on high.
