Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup of whole wheat flour1 cup of white flour3/4 cup of granulated sugar3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking sodapinch of salt1/2 tsp of cinnamon1/2 tsp of vanilla1/2 tsp of nutmeg1 egg1 cup of milk1/4 cup of applesauce3 very ripe bananas1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl(except the walnuts). Combine all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine them. Pour batter in greased muffin tray. Sprinkle walnuts over each one. Bake at 350* for 30 mins.
