Delicious Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
1Cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese1/2 C. skim milk3 Tbls. lemon juice1/2 tsp. reduced sodium Tamari soy sauce1 tsp. prepared mustard1/4 tsp. pepper8 oz. whole wheat elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained1 C. chopped celery1/4 C. chopped onion (green)2 C. cooked, deveined and coarsely chopped shrimp
Directions
Place the first six ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour cottage cheese mixture over shrimp, pasta and vegetables. Toss to coat. Chill.
