Portobello "Burgers"

Ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 large clove garlic, minceddash saltblack pepper to taste2 large portobello caps, whole2 hamburger buns2 slices onion2 slices tomato
Directions
For marinade, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper. Whisk until well comined. On a baking sheet, pour into bottom sides of mushroom caps and let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Grill over high heat for approximately 5-6 minutes per side, unitl mushrooms are tender.
