Ingredients
1lb ground chicken1 onion1 Tbs Ground Cumin1 Tbs Dried Cilantro1 Tbs Mrs Dash no-salt seasoning1 cup 2% cheese1/2 cup water1 cup 1% milk2 cups of pasta
Directions
brown ground meat with onion, garlic, peppers and beans & then drain
while meat is browing whisk together seasonings with milk and vegetable broth
add drained meat mixture back to pan with milk mixture and shredded cheese and bring to slight boil
add pasta and cook until tender
