Gluten Free Protein Pancakes with Stawberries

Ingredients
80 gms protein powder (GNC Women's)1 cup water1 ex-lg egg1 cup Pamela's Baking & Pancake mix1 tbsp cinnamon1 cup strawberries1 tbsp margarine.5 cup Maple Syrup
Directions
mix all ingredients together except the margarine and maple syrup. Pre-heat pan on medium, add margarine
and pour in 1/2 mixture in 2 pancakes.

flip once, when ready and then plate and add maple syrup.
