Rice Noodles (58 gram 1/2 cup), 1 Box*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp -- dividedEgg, fresh, 1 largeShrimp, cooked, 8 oz Calamari Rings (raw) 8 ozScallions, raw, 4 large choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup pieces*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Pad Thai Sauce 1Pkg=3.25 oz, Almonds 1 cup slivered
Prepare noodles as per instructions
heat 2 tbsp oil
Add: egg scramble slightly stir until cooked through
Add: calamari & stir until cooked through
Add: 2 tbsp oil--scallions, mushrooms, peppers, shrimp
Stir fry until hot
Add: Pkg of Pad Thai Sauce mix then add noodles heat through
Serve--sprinkle almonds on top
