Blackcurrant Salmon fillet with Garlic-Sesame seed Asparagus

Ingredients
Salmon Fillet:1 Atlantic Salmon fillet2 tsp Streamline Reduced Sugar Blackcurrant Jam1 tbsp Lime juiceAsparagus:75g Small Asparagus Spears1 tsp Sesame Oil1 tsp crushed garlic1 tsp Sesame seeds
Directions
Salmon fillet:
1. Cook the Salmon on a non-stick pan until almost done (salmon is done when it flakes when tested with a fork.)
2. Add the blackcurrant jam on top of the salmon and let the salmon finish cooking.

Asparagus:
1. Place asparagus in a seperate medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender but firm.
2. Discard the water and add sesame oil and garlic to the asparagus. Saute the mixture for a few minutes then add sesame seeds.
