Turkey and Spinach Muffns

Ingredients
2lb turkey1/2 onion2 egg whites1c oats2c spinach2 cloves of garlic1 tsp thyme, parsley, pepper, salt1/2 tsp cumin, chili powder, paprika
Directions
Food process onions, garlic and spinach.
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for an hour (you don't have too but it does blend the flavors)
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
Silicone muffin pans work the best.
Makes 12 muffins
