Too high in calories. Lowfat healthier version is this: 8 oz water, 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder, 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon NO SUGAR peanut butter, 1/4 banana (for flavor) add ice and blend. This smoothie is 318 calories, high in fiber and much lower in fat. - 8/29/11
