1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats1/2 cup packed brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp kosher salt1 cup mashed banana3/4 cup milk1 egg1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly coat mini muffin pans with nonstick spray.
Whisk together dry ingredients, minus chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry, mixing until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups to rim. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
