Ingredients:Pumpkin, 100% Pure, Libby's, 3.5 cup (1 lg can)Green Chiles, Diced, Safeway, 14 tbsp (1 sm can)Mushrooms, Stems & Pieces, Safeway, 1 cup (1 sm can)Blackeye Peas, with bacon, Ranch Style, 1.75 cup (1 can)Beans, Navy, Bush's Best, 1.75 cup (1 can)Tomatoes, Diced, with Green Chilies, Rotel, 3 cup (1 lg can)Tomatoes, Sliced, Mexican Style, Safeway, 1.75 cup (1 can)Salsa, Verde Medium, Safeway Select, 40 tbsp (1/2 jar)Onions, raw, 1 large (chopped)Chili, Turkey with Beans, 98% Fat Free, 2 cup (1 can)Ground Sirloin 93% Lean, 18.5 oz (1.16lb)
Directions
1) Heat the ground beef and chopped onions in skillet over medium heat - and oregano, garlic, other spices to taste.
2) Add the rest to the crockpot turn on high heat.
3) Once beef is browned and onions sauteed add to crockpot mix and cover.
4) Eat and enjoy!
