Fresh Apple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
Topping:5 fresh apples, peeled and slice2/3 cup brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon4 T melted Olivani Lite (spread made with olive oil)Cake:1 3/4 GF flour1/4 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup Olivani Lite3/4 cup sugar2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla2/3 cup milk
Directions
Heat oven to 160C.
Grease tin.
Cut apples & combine with brown sugar, cinnamon & melted marge. Arrange at bottom of tin.
Combine GF flour, baking powder, salt & 2nd measure of cinnamon.
Beat marge with white sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs & vanilla.
Add flour mixture & milk alternately to butter and egg mixture until blended.
Spread over apples.
Bake for 45-60 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
