Homemade Pico de gallo salsa

Ingredients
6 romaine tomatoes or 4 reg tomatoes2 jalapeno peppers (optional)1 large white onion1 bundle of cilantro, chopped finely1 lemon for the juice.saltpepper
Directions
Chop everything up and add to a bowl. Remove the insides of the tomatoes for a clean and chunky salsa without it having too much liquid. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add jalapeno peppers to desired heat. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a low fat condiment on pretty much anything. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes about 6 1/2 cups. Add more tomatoes if necessary.
