Italian Alps Soup

Ingredients
1 cup (or more as desired) fresh spinach or escarole2 cups chicken broth4 inch cubes of fontina cheese (cut each cube in half)1 slice italian bread cut into cubes
Directions
Heat broth and stir in spinach or escarole. cook until wilted nicely. Cube italian bread and add to soup with small cubes of cheese. Serve.
