Blueberry Pudding

Pudding: 1/3 cup butter2 large Eggs2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 cup Blueberries2/3 cup Splenda (or Sugar)2 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour (unbleached)1/3 cup 1% MilkCaramel Sauce:2 tsp Butter1/2 cup Brown Sugar 2 tsp All Purpose Flour All Purpose (unbleached)1 cup boiling Water
Cream butter and splenda (sugar). Add eggs, baking powder, flour and milk. Once this is all mixed, fold in blueberries (gently so they don't get too mushed).
Bake at 350 until light brown on top.
For Sauce:
Melt butter & flour together and stir in remaining ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Pour onto pudding as desired.
