Quinoa Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
1 c. quinoa - dry2 c. coconut milk2 c. water25 drops liquid Stevia (chocolate)1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Cook quinoa in water. bring to boil, cover, simmer for 15 min.
2. add milk, cinnamon, stevia, simmer 25 minutes
