Ingredients
2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 C fresh broccoli - cut into bite size pieces1 C fresh cauliflower - cut into bite size pieces1 C fresh snap peas1/2 C Raw Carrot - cut into bite size slices1 Tbs Olive Oil1 tsp Salt
Directions
Makes 4 Servings

Cut chicken into bite size pieces

Heat oil in pan & add chicken. cook until almost done. Add veggies, stir often & cook until veggies are crisp-tender.

Season with Salt to taste. You can use any seasoning you prefer.

Serve over rice if desired.
