Dutch Oven Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 pound beef, cubed2 tablespoons olive oil1/4 cup flour12 ounces baby carrots, chopped1 medium onion, quartered4 cups low sodium beef broth1/2 cup red wine1 pound baby potatoes, halved
Directions
1. Heat oil in dutch oven. Coat beef with flour and brown in hot oil.

2. Deglaze with red wine.

3. Add carrots, potatoes, and broth. Cover.

4. Cook until vegetables are almost to desired consistency (about one hour). Add onion and cook for fifteen minutes.

5. Serve with crusty bread (not included in nutritional info).
