Gwynn's Harvest Pear Crisp

Ingredients
Filling:► 3 lbs firm yet ripe pears, cored & cubed (scrubbed but not peeled)► 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend► 3 tbsp whole wheat flour► 1 tsp orange peel, grated► 1 tsp. cinnamon► 1/4 tsp. nutmeg► Pinch of cloves► 2 fl.oz lemon juiceTopping:► 2/3 cup rolled oats► 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend► 3 tbsp whole wheat flour► 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce► 2 tsp cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Filling:

► Mix Splenda brown sugar blend, flour and spices
► add fruit and juice
► spoon the mix in large baking dish

Topping:

► mix oats, Splenda brown sugar blend, flour and cinnamon
► add applesauce
► crumble mixture over filling, pressing down gently

Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375°F until filling is bubbly and topping is slightly browned. Serve hot
