Crispy Chicken Breast Salad

Ingredients
*Dole Greener Selection Salad mix, 6 oz Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped Chicken Breast, no skin, fried, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 0.5 cup (not packed) Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp
Directions
Prepair the salad, take skinless chicken breast (fried) and cut up in bite size pieces, toss evenly on both salads, top with cottage cheese and ranch and enjoy~

Serving Size: makes 2 nice big salads without the guilt
