Mike's Fruit Compote

Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup rice wine vinegar2 tbsp honey1/4 tsp grated orange zest1/4 tsp ground mustard1/3 cup frozen raspberries2 cups diced fresh strawberries
Directions
Combine all ingredients but strawberries in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in strawberries. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
