Jesie's Chicken Enchilada's

1 whole 8# chicken cooked,skinned, boned and shredded2 8 oz packages of cream cheese softened2 med onions diced finegarlic powder,salt and pepper to taste2 c cherry tomatoes2 4 oz cans diced green chilies1.5 tsp ground cumin1 tsp curry powder.5 tsp garlic powder2 dashes of hot pepper sauce2 c sour cream20 flour tortillas2.5 C Monterrey Jack cheese shredded1.5 C Cheddar cheese shredded
blend together ingredients 1 thru 6 - this is the filling for the enchiladas. Fill each tortilla with three tbs of filling and roll. Line 2 greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Bled together items 7 thru 14 to make sauce to pour evenly over enchiladas. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 min. Remove foil and cover with cheese and return to oven for 5min or cheese is melted and just browning.
