Low Carb Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 C shredded/chopped Romaine 1/2 C Boca crumbles (may substitute ground meat)1/4 C 2% mexican blend cheese1/4 C eden black soy beans2 Tbsp salsa2 Tbsp wholly guacamole4 jumbo black olives-sliced/chopped1 medium slice of onion chopped2 Tbsp sour cream
Directions
Heat boca crumbles in microwave or pan.
Place chopped romaine lettuce on plate/bowl
layer boca crumbles, ground turkey or beef, black soy beans, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, olives, onions and top with sour cream.
Can use taco seasoning if choose too on protein, but
watch manufactured brands for carbs and sugar.
