Egg White Omelet with Spinach, Dill and Feta

Ingredients
3 large egg whites1 sprig of dill1 cup fresh spinach (or more to your liking)1/4 cup crumbled feta
Directions
Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
Saute Spinach until wilted. Add in dill.
Pour in egg whites. Pull cooked portion from sides to center to allow uncooked whites to move to edges.
When mostly set, sprinkle on cheese and cover for a minute to melt a bit.
Fold omelet over and serve.
