Raw Granola - Suzanne's

Ingredients
Raw oat groats or raw buckwheat, soaked overnightRaw pumpkin seeds, soaked overnightRaw sunflower seeds, soaked overnightRaw dates, choppedApple, choppedNutritional yeast flakesCinnamon (organic)
Directions
Soak nuts and buckwheat. I do them all overnight (nuts and seeds in one container, buckwheat in another), then rinse 3 times in the morning. The buckwheat might need extra rinsing - just until the water runs clear.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with whatever kind of other raw fruit strikes your fancy and some raw nut milk (or soy, or cow or goat).

Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings, depending on how hungry you are.
