Raw Guacamole

Ingredients
Avocado (peeled and seeded)Grape tomatoes (chopped)Garlic (crushed)Lemon juice (fresh is best!)Nama Shoyu (just a tsp or so - to taste)
Directions
Mash avocado in a large bowl.
Add chopped grape tomatoes, crushed garlic, lemon juice and Nama Shoyu.
Blend lightly to maintain chunks of avocado.
Eat with salad, celery sticks - whatever!
