Crock Pot Unstuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean1 medium Onions, raw,chopped1 cup cooked Brown Rice, long grain6 cups Cabbage, fresh, shredded 2 cups Crushed Tomato Puree1 cup Water,2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce,1 tsp Thyme, dried1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Directions
Brown meat in skillet with onion. Add thyme and lemon pepper. Stir in rice. In a small bowl, mix crushed tomato, water and worcestershire sauce. Layer 3 cups of cabbage in bottom of crock pot. Top with half of the tomato mixture. Place meat/rice mixture on top of cabbage. Add second layer of cabbage and top with remaining tomato mixture. Cook on high for 1 hour and reduce heat to low and cook 5-7 hours.
