Ingredients: Cabbage, fresh, 6 cup, chopped Turnips, 4 cup, cubes Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans (16oz/1lb can), 3.5 serving (Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans (16oz/1lb can), 3.5 serving (Swanson's Beef Broth, 4 cup (*Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 3. cup (Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10oz can), 2.5 serving (French's Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp (Ham Bone or Ham HockSalt, Pepper, Garlic to taste
Makes ten 2 cup servings.
Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot. Add bay leaf, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, and then simmer for 2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
