Ingredients
12 cups waterChicken Flavored bouillon, powdered,15 tsp 1 cup chopped yellow onions1.5 cups chopped celery5 tbls. chopped parsley5 tbls. chopped cilantroBirds eye mixed veggies. green beans, carrots, corn, peas (3 cups)2 cups fresh Broccoli florets6 baby red potatoes, chopped1lb chicken breast meat,cut in 1 in pieces, about 4 small breasts, no skin or bone
Directions
Fill large pot with 12 cups of water, add bouillon, parsley, cilantro, onions and celery. Bring to a low boil. Add chicken and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and simmer slowly until desired tenderness.Makes approx. 14, 1 cup servings.
