Gluten Free Savory Peach Chicken Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
2 TBS Olive Oil1 lb Chicken Breast, no skinsalt and pepper 1 medium Onion, diced1 green peppers , chopped1 red pepper, chopped2 cloves Garlic, minced1 21 oz jar PEACH PIE FILLING1 TBS La Choy Lite Soy SauceJuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and heat. Season the chicken with some salt an pepper and brown in the hot oil, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken to a plate, add the onion and peppers and cook until they start to brown and soften,about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the peach pie filling, soy sauce and stir to combine. Add the chicken along with any juices that have accumulated on the plate, cover the skillet, turn heat down to medium and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, stir and serve.
