About 1/2 Package Frozen Corn1 Cup Shredded Cheese6-7 Mashed Potatoes1 Lb Ground beefAbout 1.5 Cups Green Beans
1) Peel your potatoes and slice putting into pan to boil with water. Cook Until Soft. Mash to make mashed potatoes.
2) Brown your ground beef in skillet on oven
3) Corn and Green Beans can be heated up together or separate.
4) Layer Casserole dish with mashed potatoes, browned ground beef, corn and green beans, with shredded cheese spread over top.
5) Bake at 350 for approx. 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6) Cut into squares to serve.
Serving Size: About 9 Pieces (cut similar to lasagna)
