Nobby Apple and Pear Cake

Ingredients
1/2c honey1/4 c chobani non-fat greek yogurt , plain1/4c egg substitute3c diced apples and pears3/4c whole wheat flour1/4c flour3Tbs ground flax seed1/4c chopped walnuts1tsp vanilla1/2 tsp each: baking powder and soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
Directions
Pare and cut fruit into 1/2" cubes. Sift together the dry ingredients. Mix honey, yogurt and egg substitute. Add fruit, nuts, vanilla-mixing well and then the sifted dry ingredients. Bake in greased 8" square pan @ 350* for 45 min. Serve hot or cold. Good dessert for freezer also.

Serving Size: makes one 8" sq pan, cut into 9 pieces
