Andouille Sausage Meatballs

Ingredients
24 oz bulk Andouille sausage, raw2 eggs2 pita breads, ground into breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix sausage, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Shape into meatballs. I use a 2-tbsp cookie scoop.

I put them on a rack inside a half sheet pan to let as much fat drip out as possible.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
