Egg White Omelet with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cup liquid egg whites1/4 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp dried oreganodash of fresh ground black pepper1 tsp unsalted butter1 oz goat cheese
Directions
Melt butter in a small non-stick frying pan over medium high heat. While butter is melting mix egg whites, herbs, and pepper in a small dish, when butter has melted and begins to smell nutty add egg white mixture to pan and allow eggs to set (lifting edges to allow uncooked egg to reach pan as needed). When omelet is nearly cooked crumble goat cheese down the center and fold edges over it, allow time to melt and then remove from pan.

Filling and herbs can easily be altered to taste.
Serves 1.
