Peach Blackberry Crumble

4 large peaches, sliced1 1/3 c blackberries3/4 c old fashioned oats, dry1/4 c slivered almonds1/4 c shredded coconut1/4 c dried prunes1 Tbsp softened butter
Prepare baking dish with cooking spray.
Dip peaches into boiling water for 30 seconds and transfer to cold water bath.
Score peaches and remove skins. Slice into baking dish to cover bottom. Dot peaches with whole blackberries.
Put last 5 ingredients into food processor and pulse.
Spread mixture over top of peaches and berries.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until fruit bubbles up through topping, which should toast to a light brown.
Cool and serve
