Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients
8-10 cups Chicken broth made from bones~1 cup meat rescued from carcass8-10 baby carrots, chopped to bite-sized1/2 can of peas3/4 cup uncooked brown riceSalt and Cumin to taste
Directions
Make broth by boiling the clean-picked bones from a chicken or hen. Remove all skin and cartilage. Boil gently for at least 1 hour. Remove bones, dump in all remaining ingredients and season to your preference. Boil gently for another 30 mins or so, until the rice is cooked.

Will make ~8 servings.
