Grilled Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients
Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 1 cloveRed Onion, Fresh, 0.25 cupPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspAsparagus, fresh, 27 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)Sea Salt, 1 dash
Directions
1) Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over low heat 1 min
2) Add chopped garlic and heat 1 min
3) Add chopped onion and heat 4 min
4) Add cayenne, stir well, then layer in the asparagus, stirring so that each spear is coated
5) Add sea salt and stir well
6) Increase to medium heat and cook 4 min, stirring frequently
7) Cover and cook 2 min
8) Uncover and cook about 2-3 min
