Peanut Butter Raisin Granola Bar

Ingredients
3 cups oats2 cups puffed rice1 cup raisins1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1 cup honey1 cup natural sugar-free peanut butter1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl stir together "wet" ingredients until combined.

Pour into large bowl and stir until completely mixed then dump into 8x13 casserole dish lined with aluminum foil. Press firmly into pan (cover with plastic wrap to flatten without sticking) then bake for 15 minutes.

After pan has cooled freeze for 1 hour before lifting bars by the foil and cutting into 16 bars. Wrap individually then store in freezer to prevent getting too melty and falling apart.

To reduce calories use puffed rice instead of the sugary rice cereal and/or low-fat peanut butter.
