Cyanna's Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Butter8 oz. Dry Pasta2 Cups Shredded Cheese1/4 Cup Flour2 Cups Milk1/2 Grated Parmesan3/4 Italian Breadcrumbs
Directions
Cook pasta (under cook rather than overcook). Melt butter in a pan, add flour. This will make a paste. Add milk and bring almost to a boil stirring constantly. Add shredded cheese and half of the parmesan and stir untill all cheese is melted. Mix cheese sauce and pasta. Bake @350F for 45 minutes. In seperate bowl, mix remaining parmesan and Italian breadcrumbs for a topping, add this near the end of the baking time. Season to taste.
