1/2# ground beef1/4 tsp salt dash pepper1/2 c sliced celery1/4 c chopped onion1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning (not figured in nutrition)1 1/2 cans water1 c. cooked ditalini1 can (8 oz) kidney beans (undrained)1 can (8 oz) tomatoes, diced2 T chopped parsley1 clove garlic, minced2 cans bean w/ bacon soup
Season meat w/ salt and papper; shape into 24 small meatballs (1 1/2"). In large saucepan, brown the meatballs and cook celery, garlic, onion and Italian seasoning until tender. Spoon off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated parmesan cheese if desired. makes 7 1/2 c.
