Muffin Top PanLow fat cream cheese2 eggsgarlic powderonion powderAtkins Baking mixGrated parmesan cheeseBaking powderReduced fat sharp cheddar, shredded 1 cup
Preheat oven to 350, spray muffin top pan with no-stick spray. Combine eggs and cream cheese, mix until smooth. Add in all other ingredients except cheddar cheese and mix until batter is smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese. Split the batter into 6 even portions in the muffin pan. I usually lightly press these so that they make a round biscuit that can be split in two for sandwiches. Bake until golden brown on the bottom.
