Tomato Salad with Greek Dressing

Ingredients
1 large Cucumber seeded and cut in chunks4 tomatoes cut into chunks1 onion cut into chunksDressing:2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juicw2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp Greek seasoning1 tsp kosher salt optional
Directions
Cut Vegetables and combine in salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl. Wisk dressing and pour over veggies. You can serve immediately, but it tastes better if you chill for an hour.
