Apple Ricotta Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1/2 cup liquid eggs or Egg whites1/2 cup fat free Ricotta1/2 cup applesauce3 tsp brown sugar1/4 tsp baking powderCinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F
1. Whip the eggs.
2. Add all the wet ingredients (ricotta, brown sugar, applesauce) and mix together with a hand blender.
3. Add flour and baking powder and mix again.
4. pour into baking dish then place in oven.
5. bake for 35 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
