Weight Watcher's Mocha Cocoa Brownies

1/2 Cup flour3 Tbs unsweetened Cocoa Powder1 Tbs instant coffee1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp saltheaping 1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)3 Tbs each: white sugar and brown sugar2 large eggs2 tsp vanilla1 tsp almond extract1/2 Cup dried currants or raisins1/2 Cup shredded coconut divided
Mix all ingredients together, (saving some of the coconut for the topping). Pour batter into greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle top with remaining coconut. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
