3 servings (about 1.5c) greek yogurt, plain, fat free (I like the greek since its higher in protein)3/4 c frozen blueberries3 tbsp cocoa powder3 tbsp sugar1/2 c fat free milk1-2 cups ice3 tsp metamucil clear & natural fiber
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Puree, pour, serve
