1.5 cups fat free vanilla yogurt2 bananas2 tsp instant coffee2-3 cups of fresh baby spinach2 tsp fiber powder (the kind with no flavor)1 cup lactic acid free milk (fat free)

throw everything in a food processor and blend until creamy and light green.
