Curried Chicken & Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 oz gemelli pasta1 can pineapple chunks, drained2 mangos, cut into 1" chunks5 cups shredded romaine lettuce1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed1/2 cup light mayonnaise1 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp curry powder1 tsp sesame oil1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & chopped2 tsp cashew pieces, toasted
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
2. In a large bowl combine pasta, pineapple, mango, romaine, and chicken. Toss lightly to combine.
3. For dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise, honey, veinegar, curry powder, sesame oil and jalapeno. Drizzle over salad.
