Chicken and Fruit salad

Ingredients
10 oz.. canned chicken1 cup grapes, cut in halfDRESSING:1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1 Tbsp. Orange juice2 tsp. honey1 tsp. poppy seeds1/8 tsp. ground ginger1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Mix together dressing ingredients. Add chicken and fruit. Toss gently to coat.

I generally put this on bread or wasa crackers for a sandwich, but you could also serve it chilled on lettuce.
