REAL Vegetarian Meatloaf

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup Lentils4 Tbsp canola oil8 Carrots, grated1-1/2 Onions, chopped2 cloves garlic3 eggs1/2 cup Tomato Paste3/4 cup oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Boil lentils until soft.

Heat canola oil and stir-fry the vegetables until well-cooked.

Mix eggs, tomato paste, and oats in a separate bowl.

Let lentils and vegetables cool. Then combine everything into a greased 9x13 inch pan, 2 round cake pans, muffin pans, or whatever and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350.
